The Vacation Places to Stay network of websites is a newcomer to the Expedia affiliate program during 2011. The Golf Vacation Places to Stay site targets selected golfing vacation markets and was chosen to have Creative Business Solutions develop ColdFusion components to work with EAN's new Version 3 Hotel API. The site integrates the EAN XML dynamic content with the site's styling more closely than the Private Label program allows. Once the customer has chosen to book a hotel, the customer is sent to a private label page on EAN's secure server for payment processing. Targeting golf holiday travelers allows for better search engine results than would be possible for a generic hotel booking site. While this site currently features only EAN's Hotels content, the intent is to add other Expedia products at a future date. The ColdFusion components developed will also allow Vacation Places to Stay the ability to add Expedia inventory to its 100+ other sites.

WorldMate's primary use is for mobile hotel bookings utilizing mobile apps for BlackBerry, iPhone, and Android, however there is also a desktop web booking solution at www.worldmate.com. WorldMate determines the traveler’s context by coupling flights booked for an upcoming trip with the traveler’s business meeting times & addresses (automatically imported from a smartphone’s calendar). Using this information, WorldMate can ascertain what when and where a traveler needs to book a hotel, and using preferences and historical data can then proactively recommend relevant hotels using the EAN API. It is revolutionary for the travel industry— automatically ascertaining context and then pushing highly personalized hotel recommendations to the traveler’s smartphone when the traveler has yet to book a hotel.
